Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product has a major failure (e.g. it’s faulty, not as described, or unsafe). For non-major issues (e.g. change of mind), Sunnie Dayz may decide whether to offer a refund, repair, or exchange.
Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact, and returned within 14 days of receipt. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, invoice) must be provided. Some items may be final sale (e.g. heavily discounted or custom items). These will be clearly marked and not eligible for returns.
How to Return or Request a Refund
1. Contact us at sunnie.dayz25@yahoo.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
2. We’ll issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) and instructions on where to send the item.
3. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or wrongly shipped.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 5. If approved, we’ll process your refund (back to original payment method) or send you an exchange or store credit — usually within 5 business days.Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will be for the item cost (excluding original shipping, unless it's our error). If you choose to exchange for another product, you may need to pay the difference (or receive credit) plus any additional shipping. If you cancel before the item has shipped, we’ll refund your payment in full (including shipping, when applicable).
Exceptions & Non■Returnable Items
Items that are worn, used, washed, or damaged by the customer generally cannot be returned. Personalized,custom, or made-to-order items may not be returnable unless faulty. Final sale items (marked as such) are not returnable or refundable.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it doesn’t comply with our policy. This policy is part of your contract with us and any purchase you make. We may update or revise this policy at any time; changes will be posted on our site and apply to future orders. If any part of this policy conflicts with your legal consumer rights, your rights under law will prevail.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer standard shipping and express shipping (if available in your area). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/dimensions. We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value — check current offers.
Delivery Time Estimates
Standard (metro areas): 3–7 business days
Express (metro areas): 1–2 business days
Remote or rural areas may take a bit longer due to courier schedules.Tracking & Notifications
After your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at sunnie.dayz25@yahoo.com or call 0423 686 129. We’ll help you lodge a claim with the courier and either replace the item or refund you, depending on the situation. If you opted for “Authority to Leave” (ATL), once the package is delivered, Sunnie Dayz is not responsible for theft or damage beyond that point.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship within Australia only. We may not be able to ship to certain remote postcodes or PO Boxes — if so, we’ll notify you and help you find a solution.
